FemmeGynae was the best decision I could’ve made for not only my little one but myself and my family as well.From the front desk staff, always responding to my calls and emails (I sent so many as I was anxious concerning so many things everytime) and they would always feedback almost immediately and ensure that I remain calm and that my 9 months baking this little girl would remain as smooth as it should.Dr Lamfel is absolutely heaven sent and I couldn’t have asked for better! From day one she would always reassure my husband and I that we are in good hands and all she did and was able to do fulfilled her promises to us from the get go!The beginning was a bit daunting for us but she made sure we covered everything needed and always ensured baby was doing well, even with our trip to the emergency room a week before our baby girl arrived a week thereafter.The late night and early morning messages when I was concerned or needed medical advise was the absolute highlight as this gave us the reassurance at all hours that we needed and headed to the emergency rooms when need be if it really concerned Dr in any way.I’ve already mentioned this to Dr but I would just like to say that I will be back for every baby we have in future as we know we were in the best hands, a positive and reassuring environment at all times!

The reception team was always kind and helpful. My appointments were always on time. The doctor examined and gave advise on health options while considering my well_being. Dr Lamfel was always available during emergencies. Hence she managed to deliver a healthy baby at the right time. Her regular visits to the ward and regular follow ups after I was discharged shows that she puts her patients first. I am very grateful.
Starting from the front desk staff, they were really nice, friendly yet professional. Dr Lamfel’s service throughout the 9 months of my pregnancy journey has been incredible, I thank God for her cos she really helped our journey become as smooth as possible nd when it wasn’t she would reassure us while tending to us nd ensuring that we’re all healthy nd recovered. She also thoroughly explained everything including procedures throughout my pregnancy, delivery nd postpartum.She was always available whenever we had questions or concerns nd she was always patient with us especially since we’re first time parents. She’s literally God sent. If we’re blessed with more kids in the future, Dr Lamfel will most definitely be our gynae/ obstetrician 🩷. 1000% would recommend her. Dr Lamfel made my pregnancy an amazing experience! She is the most compassionate and caring doctor. I’ve never left her office with unanswered questions and she’ll explain in the simplest terms so I understood. She also immediately answered any further questions I had via the phone, and was reassuring at all times. As a first time mom, having a good doctor enabled me to stay calm and stress free throughout my pregnancy. And in labour, it really helped to have her calm demeanour beside me.
Dr Lamfel was amazing and so calm and patient. I was already 4-5 months pregnant when I came to her due to my previous doctor not meeting my needs but Dr Lamfel followed my birthing plan and gave me the best possible experience I could’ve asked for.
